403 - Sea Kayak Surf Development Workshop
You've got your roll, you've caught some waves, but now it's time to smooth out the kinks and take it to the lip. We will be covering take offs, bottom turns, top turns, round houses and radical moves. We meet you where you're at and give you the tools and knowledge to maximize your ability to dance with the wave, rather than running from it.
- Positioning
- Taking off
- Bottom turns
- Top turns
- Round houses
- Radical moves
- Any appropriate personal paddling equipment/gear you want to use
- Any additional items that may be required on the water (SPF, medications, ect)
- Spare clothing and towel
- Baselayers for drysuit (non cotton - long underwear)
- Baselayers for wetsuit (swimsuit) (non cotton top)
- Food and water for the day
Some watercraft will be available, but may not be appropriately sized or outfitted.
Personal Equipment and Immersion Wear (inquire if you have questions or need certain gear)
The Pacific Northwest weather can change rapidly, our courses run in most conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any course/rental due to safety concerns, weather and/or low sign ups.
In which case a refund or credit towards another course/rental will be issued.
Notify us up to 14 days prior to course to get a full credit issued.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the courses/rental are NOT refundable.
Full refunds may take up to 90 days.
Being a small business, we will do our best to get you the most value out of your dollar. We will do whatever we can to accomadate you and your needs within reason.
