206 - Edging, Bracing and Rolling - Vancouver Lake
The best roll is the one you never have to use. We cover stability and balance through a range of motion and then introduce the paddle as back up support.
As you develop proficiency and ability, you'll take your kayak edge and bring it back when you've gone too far.

- Baselayers for drysuit (non cotton - long underwear)
- Baselayers for wetsuit (swimsuit) (non cotton top)
- Food and water for the day
The Pacific Northwest weather can change rapidly, our courses run in most conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any course/rental due to safety concerns, weather and/or low sign ups.
In which case a refund or credit towards another course/rental will be issued.
Notify us up to 14 days prior to course to get a full credit issued.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the courses/rental are NOT refundable.
Full refunds may take up to 90 days.
